Many of the top agencies, recruiters and media companies also support NABS (National Advertising Benevolent Society). When I was working on contract at JWT, I discovered NABS. Today, I volunteer for NABS West by promoting its fundraising events through Twitter and Facebook. Volunteering for an industry organization is a good source for potential sales leads.
